Project Goals

The purpose and objective of this program are to automate real-time attendance recording, minimize data fraud, and simplify digital leave and permission submissions for employees. In addition, the system aims to improve HR operational efficiency through automated reporting and data transparency, supporting more accurate human resource management at PT Ihara Manufacturing Indonesia.

THE STORY

The background of this program development is the continued use of a paper-based manual method for submitting leave and permission requests at PT Ihara Manufacturing Indonesia. This approach leads to time inefficiencies, risk of data loss, and difficulties in recapitulation and auditing. Therefore, an integrated web-based system is required to digitize the employee administration process to make it faster and more accurate.

OUR APPROACH

The result of this project is the development of a web-based information system prototype using the Laravel 11 framework that integrates attendance, leave, and permission features. The system successfully digitizes employee administration, provides real-time monitoring for management, and generates accurate automated reports. This implementation has proven to improve workflow efficiency and data storage security compared to the previous manual system.
