Before this project was created, the main challenge encountered was the high level of friction in the ordering process. Prospective customers often had to scroll through social media, which was exhausting, just to find the menu or testimonials, which ultimately reduced their intention to buy. In addition, managing inquiries via Direct Message (DM) was often disorganized, resulting in many potential orders being overlooked (lead loss). I wanted to create a flow where visually appealing aesthetics met ease of access to information on a single page.
